Here's the thing: I care about words. Possibly too much, actually.

But that's because most marketing out there is beige. Forgettable. Written like nobody really meant it. And I just… I can't. To me, eloquence isn't a nice-to-have, it's the entire job. The right word in the right place is the difference between being ignored and being remembered.

Because so much of what's out there is, honestly, awful. Lazy jargon is everywhere. Fear-heavy words that make people click away. Or boring AI-generated language that leaves the reader feeling less than excited or enthused.

There's a gap between what a brand says and what a person actually takes in, and getting that wrong costs a fortune. In trust. In sales. In people who never follow through.

Closing that gap is what I do: through website copy, communications and marketing built on real craft. Engagement, resonance, emotional connection.

(And yes — I can see my current site is a touch beige. The irony isn't lost on me. The words came first.)

Postgraduate specialisation in ultrasonography, with a focus on abdominal, gynae, obstetrics and small parts medical ultrasound. Spent a lot of time delivering news that's not always a happy ending. You learn fast that clarity and compassion aren't a nice-to-have; they're everything.
